The first step in concept and strategy planning is a situation assessment. The complexity of the task is influenced by a number of factors, depending on whether it is an existing facility with data or a facility in the planning stage that needs to be informed by information from designers and clients. Our consultants can use a variety of methods, including face-to-face meetings, questionnaire surveys, data analysis, workflow observation and document/plan analysis. Our aim is to gather coherent and cohesive information, exactly the amount needed to move forward.
